It’s a big week in the streaming space at the uber-stylish Netflix streaming reality show- Young, Famous & African returns with season two, which launched this week.
The old cast featuring Tanzanian Singer Diamond Platnumz, Sports presenter Andile Ncube, self-proclaimed ‘boss lady’ and Ugandan celebrity Zari Hassan, South African presenter and actor Khanyi Mbau, Metro FM’s Naked DJ and rapper Nadia Nakai return for a fresh season of beautiful cinematography and loads of drama.

This season surprise guest star, Bonang Matheba joins the group along with new cast members; Luis Munana from Namibia – former Big Brother Africa contestant and entrepreneur, Fontana – Ghanaian-American rapper and model, socialite Sebabatso Mothibi as the supermodel and actress Rosette Ncwana – who share children with Ncube.
In the spirit of the Netflix reality shows we’ve grown accustomed to, the show – recorded in South Africa, exposes all the finery and advantageous lives of young, rich Africans in South Africa.
Bonang or ‘Queen B’, as she’s known to her fans, makes an entrance with a bang when her intro to the group by Nigerian stylist Swanky Jerry causes a theatrical uproar, followed up by a verbal quarrel with Namibian star Luis Munana.
Aside from her shocking appearance on the show, Bonang is well-known among her followers for her stylish sense.

Classically elegant, clean, and always minimalistic, she’s an example of not burdening an outfit with too many accessories or brand names.
The House of BNG MCC owner gives an old school feel in a beige sleeveless top and bottom that has loose palazzo pants and a with logo brand scarf draped over her head giving a very 50’s-esc, Sophia Loren twist.

In a promo for her MCC, Bonang is seen driving through the Stellenbosch Winelands, in a classing Mercedes cabriolet, while making a stop-over to review the farming and bottling process of BNG.
As well as mixing and serving cocktails in an outside bar using BNG as the main ingredient. Tortoiseshell sunglasses and a wide-brim straw hat were added to the video.

As they say red stands for danger but the attention a red dress gets any lady is unmatched. Clothed in a red mesh dress, Bonang wears a shiny latex top and bottom set underneath.
She is revealing just the right amount of skin. She adds red earrings, a shiny small red clutch back, and black and red heels as an accessory.
The uncaptioned image show’s the former Top Billing presenter, leaning on a couch while adjusting the hem of her dress.

Sporting something completely different, the star who is the first in South Africa to do a holiday shoe collaboration with Steve Madden and is currently working on a new range, wears a patterned brown wide-leg pleather suit, with a lighter sheer polo neck.
The highlight of the outfit is her small 1947 Gucci Bamboo bag, which retails from around R45 000 in South Africa, her shoes are a brown and cream monochrome combination, and her thickly-framed tinted sunglasses in a yellowy shade that blend well with the rest of her ensemble.
