Circle your calendars for Saturday, April 16 for some live DIY action with a comic twist when Suzelle DIY, played by actress Julia Anastasopolous, takes to the stage for the first time at The Boardwalk Amphitheatre in Port Elizabeth.
Well-loved for her hilarious do-it-yourself advice on everything from how to create a vertical garden to advice on whipping up a boerewors bagel dog, Suzelle DIY is just as famous for her “O f*k!” phrase.
“Audiences can look forward to an exceptionally funny evening! We all know Suzelle is the DIY expert on ‘how to win hearts’ and ‘how to check if batteries are dead or alive’ so we are expecting a host of other valuable advice on how to improve our lives even if it is only due to all the laughter,” said Nqobile Majozi, Marketing Manager at The Boardwalk.
Local comedian Roland Gaspar will be the prelude act to this debut show. Adept at ad-libbing and renowned for his quick retorts, the event is guaranteed to offer a full evening of great entertainment. In addition, the show is in aid of raising funds for The Shepherd’s Garden play school with ticket prices starting from R230 and available from Computicket.
