DIY energy boosting tonic

The natural sugars, electrolytes, vitamin C and minerals in the drink will aid energy levels.


Get a dose of vitality and increase your energy with this effective tonic drink. It includes turmeric, honey, ginger as well as a host of other natural ingredients.

What you’ll need

  • 1 cup of coconut water
  • A tablespoon of grated ginger
  • Half a teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • The juice of one lemon
  • A tablespoon of honey
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • A blender

Making the tonic is easy

Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend until everything is mixed.
