Zonke, Arno Carstens announced as X Factor SA judges

Multiple South African Music Awards (SAMAs) winner Zonke joins the judging panel alongside record producer Oskido and artist Arno Carstens.

TV personality Andile Ncube has been announced as the presenter of X Factor South Africa for the 15 weeks it will be on SABC 1.

The live grand finale will be shot in Durban on December 13, where the winner will receive a Sony Music Entertainment recording contract and a cash prize of R300 000.

Maijang Mpherwane, SABC 1 Head of Bouqet said, “This is a launch pad for somebody with talent but you also have to have the ambition, the work ethic and everything else. These judges understand this. They are driven and hard-working and bring their extensive know-how and knowledge to the show.”
