Award-winning influencer, Kairo Forbes, is overjoyed after her South African Social Media Awards (SASMA) win.
Kairo was named the Social Media Kid Influencer of The Year at the 3rd annual SASMAs at the Sandton Convention Centre this past weekend.
According to SASMA, this award is dedicated to “young, dynamic influencers under the age of 18 who have been relentlessly shaping their presence on social media platforms”.
Kairo was nominated alongside Alakhe Mdoda, DJ Arch Junior, Siba Bogopa, and Sbahle Msizi.
In a sweet Instagram post, she thanked her family for the love and support.
“We did it Glammy!!! Thank you to Mom, Dad, and my family for all your love and support, to everyone who voted for me, especially The Megacy, and to @smawards_za and @canonrsa thank you for honouring me with the Social Media Kid Influencer of the Year award,” she wrote.
