Twitter reacts to Generations: The Legacy

The revamped Generations aired last night, but the first episode of the new show was rather mild. This is how Twitter reacted.

The popular soapie had to be pulled off the air in October as no filming had taken place since the 16 actors, including Sophie Ndaba, Menzi Ngubeni, Katlego Danke and more, decided to withhold their services from the show.
This backfired when Vundla called their bluff and fired the lot with immediate effect. They have been unemployed since.

They are in the process of arbitration after they took both their production company, MMSV Productions, and SABC to the CCMA. Some of the new cast members in the soapie include old favourites Connie Ferguson (Karabo Moraka) and Rapulana Seiphumo (Tau Mokgale).
