You’ll never guess which character in ‘House of Zwide’ is getting killed off tonight

Viewers of House of Zwide will bid farewell to another popular character tonight.

Alex Khadzi (played by Warren Masemola) will meet his fate with the Zwide family as he tries to kill Funani.

While Nkosi and Faith are in the middle of a heated argument, Alex will show up with a gun to kill Funani, but it ends with Nkosi having to shoot Alex to protect his father.

The Zwides are rocked by this and it’s Faith who thinks on her feet and manages to get rid of the body and clean up the crime scene.

This leaves Nkosi with a murder on his hands and a need for protection from the one person he hates the most.

Joining House of Zwide

Warren joined the show last year to play the character of Alex Khadzi, a design genius with big achievements, including featuring in Forbes’ “30 under 30” and winning the coveted LVMH Prize for young designers.

Speaking about joining the show at the time, Warren told Drum that he looked forward to portraying the character and hoped people would enjoy it.

“I’m beyond excited to be a part of telling our story about the fashion that makes the world look up to us as Africa. Alex Khadzi’s approach to the latest streetwear fashion makes it an enjoyable challenge, and it’s been a beautiful journey so far.

“I hope they enjoy the journey with me as I try to represent the creative passion in the youth and how futuristic it is, especially in fashion and textile, social life, modeling, music, and technology,” he said.

“Warren Masemola exits House Of Zwide. The award-winning actor will bid adieu to the character of Alex Khadzi on the e.tv telenovela next month,” he tweeted.

Reacting to the news, @Nelisiwe_music said she wishes the actor all the best with his future endeavours.

“Eish, what a brilliant actor hoe he finds something greater than HOZ like a Netflix something, something he is one of my favorites, no doubt about that. Good luck to him.
