Episode 10 of The Real Housewives of Durban (RHODurban) opened with last week’s drama from fight night, signalling Jojo’s return to the group, much to the annoyance of the other women.
Viewers got to see Jojo make her grand entrance and be escorted by her friend, Nonku Williams.
Cold shoulder
Jojo’s decision to ignore the other cast members – whom she had invited to the fight – was not appreciated by the clique led by Sorisha Naidoo.
Annie Mthembu mentioned how she did not feel welcomed or hosted and the other ladies agreed with her.
“These mean b***ches that are going to laugh at us, let’s ignore them,” Jojo told Nonku as they walked past her guests.
She only greeted Maria as Maria was sitting with Ruan and could not be ignored, while Mbali chose not to interact with Nonku (and Jojo by association).
“The only friends I have [are] Nonku and Ruan. Maria is out of the question,” declared Jojo in her Real Housewives of Durban diary session.

The fight ended in a draw, much to the disappointment of the cast who had each chosen a fighter as the avatar for their respective cliques.
Mbali makes things right
After weeks of missing from the show, Mbali made sure to make up for lost time by taking cameras along with her on some personal business.
She invited her brothers to her home in order to enlist their help in her attempt to fix her relationship with her mother.
She also introduced her brothers to her partner.
Elsewhere, Nonku and Jojo met at the latter’s home to gossip about the other Real Housewives of Durban cast mates.
Sorisha’s ears must have been burning as she called just as Nonku and Jojo were speaking badly about her.
She invited them to her SPCA fundraising event and in her diary session, Nonku accused Sorisha of playing mind games with her.
Jojo and Nonku resolved to not hash out their issues with the other ladies at the charity event, committing to shelf their beef for a more appropriate time.
Maria’s pow-wow
Maria organised a get-together for Sorisha’s Real Housewives of Durban clique at her home and Sane cracked an invitation.
There, they spoke about Jojo and Nonku, accusing Nonku of being a manipulative mastermind in addition to telling Annie that Jojo has been speaking about her behind her back.

Sane then took the floor and used her opportunity to spill the beans claiming that Mbali had told her all the nasty things that Nonku has been saying about the other women.
Financially overstretched
Sane then told Slee that Nonku had said that she had changed since joining the group and had spread a rumour that Slee was broke.
“No, I’m not broke but it’s not only that… it’s just that… I’m financially overstretched,” admitted Slee.
Sane then added fuel to the fire, further claiming that Nonku told the other women that Slee is always borrowing things from her.
“What would fit me that Nonku owns?” retorted Slee before Annie admitted to hearing the same rumour from Jojo on a different occasion.
“A friend that borrow my hair, a friend that borrows shoes from me, a friend that borrows stuff from me and a friend that is bothered by the fact that she does not know how I make ends meet,” commented Slee in her Real Housewives of Durban diary session.
Annie then turned her sights to Sane, stating that she was not exonerating her for what she said but she respected the fact Sane stood by her “decision to be a b***h ”.
‘That’s niiiice’
Later in Real Housewives of Durban episode 10, we saw Slee’s kids hanging out with Nonku’s daughter Nothile.
Speaking in her diary session, she spoke about how she had found Nothile hanging out with her daughters after she returned home from a grocery store run.
“Nothile is here, that’s niiiice” she said, saying something similar shortly after Nothile informed her that her mother would be coming over to pick her up later that day.
The pair sat side by side as their daughters put on a show for them to showcase the musical group they had started.
Slee then said she felt inspired to find “common ground” with Nonku for the sake of their children.
Jojo deploys her tears as a defence mechanism (again)
The Real Housewives of Durban continued their ongoing major fight with a face-to-face group chat about everyone’s opinions and feelings towards the end of the episode.
Maria confronted Jojo for her behaviour at Fight Night and a defensive Jojo rebutted everything that Maria had to say.
Jojo then tried to leave instead of accepting her part in everything and hid behind the excuse of Calven’s upcoming heart surgery which worked as the tone of the conversation changed as the women rallied behind Jojo and her tears.
“Calven cannot save you each and every time. I mean, we feel for you, we’re here for you, we’re going to pray for him but also you’re not finishing what we started.”
– Sorisha during her diary session
All this after Slee informed Sorisha that she was planning a girl’s trip but that she did not want the women to know that she was the organiser of the trip. Slee said she would need Sorisha to invite everyone and that she would drop the bomb when everyone arrives at the destination.
