‘Bae Without Borders’ – Meet hot men vying for love on Showmax’s new reality show

'Bae Without Borders' premiered on Monday, this week.

Showmax‘s new reality dating show, Bae Without Borders, has set tongues wagging on social media, joining the trending topics on X since its premiere on Monday.

Bae Without Borders is the third Showmax’s reality show from POP24, after This Body Works For Me and The Mommy Club.

The show features four South African women and 12 Nigerian men.

How it works

Each woman will have dates with all twelve men. Eventually, only four lucky men chosen by the bachelorettes will move to Cape Town with their respective ladies to live in a villa to see if their cross-cultural relationship can work beyond borders.

Producer and creator of the show, Zinzi Velelo Alake, said Bae Without Borders is a dating show like no other.

She added: “This is an inside look at cross-cultural dating and how beautiful and uniting it can be. As someone who is married to a Nigerian man, I want to show people how both cultures have the potential to blend really well. There are a lot of misconceptions about South Africans and Nigerians dating, and I want to show it in its purest, realest form; that will blow the minds of viewers.”
