A plea to a father falls on deaf ears and sins of the past resurface for Thembeka – literally. Lindiwe is forced to come clean to her parents and her punishment poses a threat to a sibling. Gloria discovers that dishonesty is not the best policy.

Someone from the past returns to provide information on the Nyathis and Thembeka hears news which signals the end of her run of good luck. Lindiwe has harsh words for both of her siblings. Gloria pretends she is a whole lot more noble than she is.

Lucas scores a victory which is rewarded in just the way he hoped it would be. The living arrangements at the Ngema house become very complicated. Ndumiso offers an assurance which Gontse isn’t sure he can deliver on.

Lucas is presented with two propositions which thrill him and Mangi is unknowingly presented with a test which could destroy him. Lindiwe finds a sympathetic ear in a very unlikely listener. Ndumiso discovers that two of his friends are just as inept as he is. Anzani and Lerumo hope to put the past to rest forever.

Suspicions are aroused by a sudden change in plans and fears are fuelled by a photograph that Kitso possesses. Lindiwe starts playing with fire which could burn her badly. Ndumiso manages to pull the wool over Gontse’s eyes with a little help from some friends.
