Oppikoppi Odyssey spirals down
The days of waking up to blaring music are over, this morning festival goers woke up to empty yet filthy camsites and serenity.

Oppikoppi Odyssey, the music festival’s 20th celebration hosted an estimated 20 000 people this year and treated them to 140 local and international bands.
Last night being the highlight of the weekend as headline act the Editors and Wolfmother played for crowds of thousands. Their loud music now only a memory for “prawns” to smile back on as they pack up camp.
Entry into the stage area is officially closed, stages are being stripped down, bars emptied, tables stacked and this year’s edition of Oppi finally over. Now revellers have to contend with the traffic back home.
