Lady Gaga debuted new track ‘Gypsy’ live in Berlin earlier this week.
The ‘Applause’ singer was filmed performing the song ‘Gypsy’ at a listening party, wearing a fake moustache.
The track comes from her latest album ‘ARTPOP’ – set for release on November 11 – and was produced by Madeon and co-written by RedOne.
The ballad was performed by Gaga accompanied by just the piano but the studio version is rumoured to be a house anthem.
In the clip, the singer is shown singing: ”I don’t wanna be alone forever but I love a gypsy life / I don’t wanna be alone forever maybe we can see the world together.”
The singer posted the video on Twitter with the message: ”I composed ARTPOP to be a full experience, we are releasing all these songs and snippets to give you a more complete picture of the album.”
The track has been described it as a potential highlight on the new record and fans tweeted saying the performance was ”stunning” and Gaga looked ”terrifying” in her stage outfit.
ARTPOP also features the song G.U.Y – an acronym for ‘Girl Under You’.
Lady Gaga describes it as a ‘new age feminist’ track saying: ”Some women feel oppressed by make-up and clothing, and here’s to them, they have every right to feel that way as well.”
