I love her – DJ Sbu on Ntsiki Mazwai
The DJ and the poet have a single with the same title and it seems to have caused an uproar on Twitter.

Poet Ntsiki Mazwai has found her name on the Twitter streets because of DJ Sbu and Zahara’s fans over their single that has the same title, Ndingubani.
Mazwai released hers in 2013 and recently reshared it on Twitter, urging fans to listen to it on Soundcloud or buy it on iTunes.
DJ Sbu released his, featuring Zahara, late last month and, so far, it has received positive criticism from fans, even Cassper Nyovest.
Just after DJ Sbu’s release, Mazwai took to Twitter to share her thoughts on the single.
“So when this #Ndingubani thing came from up … I just laughed at God’s sense of humour.
“They asked me how I feel about DJ Sbu’s Ndingubani … I told them angishoti ngecreativity (I don’t lack creativity)… glad to inspire other children,” she tweeted.
Some on Twitter mocked her for saying she had inspired DJ Sbu’s single. However, Mazwai slammed the comments, saying people were creating problems out of nothing. She said she was only joking, but shocked at how people took it seriously.
The DJ’s fans still could not believe Mazwai had said that about him, so they kept asking him, asking for his opinion on the matter and why the singles had the same title.

“It was a coincidence. But I did give myself time to listen to sister @ntsikimazwai ‘s version which came out first in 2013 & I like it. Maybe she can jump on the remix 1 day who knows. We are all creatives who love what we do,” he said on Instagram.
“lol mara Ntsiki Mazwai ha fellwe neh..so now she says she inspired @Djsbu ka his latest track with @ZaharaSa #Ndingubani…Ohk,” said one fan on Twitter.
The DJ responded with: “I love her. I’d like to work with her 1 day!”
DJ Sbu does not seem to have a problem with what fans have been saying. In fact, the debate might have opened a door for a collaboration and we know it would be a hit.
