Apparently the soapie’s producers have been trying to woo the actor back after he quit the show a few months ago, but the veteran actor is still very upset.  “I don’t think the matter between me and Isidingo can be resolved,” he says.

Michaels’ relationship with his former employers started going bad in 2013, but things took a turn for the worst when he suffered a stroke a few months ago which left him in a wheelchair.

“After working on a show for sixteen years, I was very hurt when I didn’t get any support from them during the time I was sick.”

“People should forget about seeing me on Isidingo again.”

Michaels recently got a role portraying legendary Drum Journalist Can Themba on Mzansi Magic’s The Road. He’s also directing a play called Who Is To Blame.
