Diski Divas get the ball rolling

“Bathathe girl! The last of the #DiskiDivas is Kat and she gives the rest of the ladies a silent glare as she arrives fashionably late!” Mzansi Magic tweeted. With a start like that, we knew the show would be entertaining. Who can resist the drama presented by reality TV shows? Not a lot of people it seemed – South Africans were tuned in and glued to their seats.

There was a lot of commentary from the public, eyebrows were raised and snide comments made about the age difference between Andile Jali, his girlfriend Nonhle Ndala and her daughter. Favourites were picked; Wendy Parker, Bernard Parker’s wife, seemed to be leading the favourites pack.
