WATCH: Zodwa Wabantu tries out her R150K coffin

Zodwa Wabantu did the extraordinary again today and tried out a coffin she said she would be buried in – something considered taboo in most black cultures, and probably every other culture besides.

The entertainer said she decided to choose her coffin while still alive, and she presumably also paid for it since she told her followers how much it cost.

“My coffin is R150,000,” she said.

The dancer said she was making all necessary preparations when she was still alive to save her family from the trouble of running around asking for funds to bury her when the time came.

She does not want to be one of those celebrities who had money when they still alive but no money available for their burial.

“Are you ready or is your family gonna run around? I don’t want Zodwa Wabantu was famous, now there’s no money to bury her,” she said.
