WATCH: Master KG booked out a restaurant for Makhadzi for Valentine’s Day

Makhadzi and Master KG rekindled their love just over a year after splitting to focus on their music and entertainment careers.


Valentine’s Day week is not over yet, and Mzansi is still gushing over the love birds who stepped up and showed off during the week to make their significant others feel special.

South African artists Master KG and Makhadzi also joined in on the worldwide celebration of love with a romantic Valentine’s Day dinner planned by the hit beatmaker for his partner.

Taking to social media, the Ghanama singer posted a series of videos on her Instagram story of the romantic dinner surprise which saw a huge bouquet of fresh white roses which Master KG gave to her.

The dinner date took place in an empty restaurant which the Jerusalema hitmaker booked out just for the two of them, and the couple shared kisses and a three-course meal over a romantic red rose.

Setting the romantic tone, was a special performance by a saxophone artist.

The two sparked dating rumours at the beginning of November 2021, after going live on Instagram to share with their fans and followers that they were in the process of creating music in the studio.

Their fans were were delighted to see them working together, but more were excited to see the chemistry the two shared while singing and dancing.

The Ghanama star and Jerusalema hitmaker ended their relationship at the beginning of 2020 after dating for some time.  

When asked why they split, Master KG said they had both decided to focus on their careers and their relationship was getting in the way.  

During a scandal which took place sometime in December 2021 between Makhadzi and Babes Wodumo who accused the Venda singer of making advances to her husband, Mphintsha, Makhadzi revealed and confirmed that she was in a romantic relationship and would never do anything to jeopardise it.
