Excitement gripped netizens after an announcement that Big Brother was returning to Mzansi.
“I wish there was a way for Biggie to have 40 people in the house. I hear so many people are going to audition shame,” a social media user wrote on X.
The auditions for the fourth season of Big Brother Mzansi (BBM) officially opened today, presenting another golden opportunity to unlock fame and a big cash prize.
The past winners of the show include Ferdinand Rabi (2001), Mandla Hlatshwayo (2014), and Mpho Wa badimo (2022).

In a Press statement, Mzansi Magic said Big Brother Mzansi was back, bigger and better than ever.
“Those who want to become the next Big Brother Mzansi housemate will need to submit a two-minute audition tape by using the link: mzansimagic.tv/bigbrother and follow the steps to enter.
“To stand a chance to be the next winner of Big Brother Mzansi Season 4, applicants need to be creative, memorable, and have the wit to outplay and outlast their fellow housemates,” the statement reads.
The show has created TV stars such as Themba Broly, who now has a reality TV show called Themba My Inked World on Showmax. It explores Themba’s journey post-Big Brother Mzansi and his hard work as he tries to maintain his top-of-mind status.
Big Brother Mzansi Season 3 winner Mpho Wabadimo has also scored a reality TV gig. She announced a few weeks ago that she would be making a TV return with a brand new show.
“I’m back on your screens! A new and exciting show is coming to your screens soon called ‘Pride of Africa’. I can’t wait for this one, you don’t want to miss it. Idlozi livumile,” she wrote.
