Tyra Banks has filed a $10 million lawsuit against 10 wig companies who she alleges are using her "name, photograph, image, and identity" while promoting their products.

Tyra Banks has filed a $10 million lawsuit against 10 wig companies.

The 38-year-old star who has had a number of slick hairstyles throughout the years is reportedly suing the companies for using her “name, photograph, image, and identity” without permission while promoting their products.

Gossip website TMZ reports that the products in question include a Yaki straight hair wig, a Tyra Banks-inspired human hair wig, which costs $300, and a Tyra Banks lace wig.

She wants to stop them selling the hair pieces in addition to charging them for damages.

The brunette beauty recently admitted she is ready to have children and denies she is a cougar – an older woman who prefers to date young guys – who has romanced rapper Drake, 25, and ‘America’s Next Top Model’ co-star Rob Evans, 24.

She previously said: “There’s been a lot of rumours that I’ve been dating certain people. Young boys. Ain’t true. I ain’t a cougar.  “I’m ready to have some babies. Yeah! I want babies. I’ve always wanted them, but, I’ve been saying ‘I want babies in three years’ since I was like 27.”
