Trevor Noah is not dead
The comedian was apparently in Potchefstroom when this happened.

South African comedian and The Daily Show host is not dead, despite what fake news websites may have reported this morning. One website has reported that the comedian died after being injured in a car accident on Tuesday night, claiming that ‘reliable sources’ had disclosed.
He was apparently driving just outside Potchefstroom when his car hit a patch of water and hit a streetlight.
“The comedian’s passing has left a massive hole in the industry.
“He will be solely missed by his peers and the public and our sincerest condolences go out to his family,” reads the fake post.
How the comedian managed to be in America hosting The Daily Show and attending to his death in Potchefstroom in one night, we have no idea.
In other real news, Noah made South Africans proud at the 2017 Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards in Los Angeles, California, on Saturday and bagged the Favourite African Star accolade in the continental category.
He beat fellow South Africans Pearl Thusi and Wayde van Niekerk.
