Trevor Gumbi publicly confronts a confused Iko Mash

According to the Daily Sun, a source who witnessed Gumbi’s harsh treatment of the ‘Zabalaza’ actress explained: “Iko was leaving with Siphokazi January and her producer Zama when Trevor grabbed her arm and confronted her.”

“Trevor said to Iko, ‘hey wena masimbakho, (hey you, your shit) who the hell do you think you are and why are you spreading rubbish about my name?” another elaborated.

“At first we thought he was joking but when he kept grabbing and pushing her we knew it was serious.” Commenting on the incident, Iko confirmed the altercation with Gumbi who recently admitted to struggling with addiction.

“He is the same guy that Mandoza wanted to beat up for talking rubbish about him. He is also the guy who went on Twitter rubbishing his wife and the mother of his kids,” she said.

“Didn’t he recently admit to abusing drugs and alcohol? Yet he still expects the public to keep quiet. There are lots of people who talk about him in this town so he should be chasing and confronting all of them.

“I’m not the only one who talks about him. He must just relax or change his ways if he wants people to stop talking about him.”

Despite acknowledging the incident when approached for comment, Gumbi downplayed his alleged hostility, saying: “There is no beef, I was just trying to talk to her but she wouldn’t say anything to me.”
