Rapper Future's outfit seemed like he came ready to be chased by a lion in the Joburg streets, according to Twitter.

The MTV Africa Music Awards (MAMAs) took place at the Coca-Cola Dome on Saturday night and, as usual, celebrities walked on the red carpet in what they considered their best outfits (regardless of what we may think).
Some celebs, such as musician Thembi Seete, was counted among the best dressed, according to Twitter. However, it was her beautiful and forever young-looking face that had everyone questioning her true age.
How could she, at her age, still look that young? We also want to drink from the well of youth she’s been getting her daily dose from.

Presenter Ayanda Thabethe also landed on the trends list because she was looking gorgeous, along with pregnant and glowing Nandi Madida.

Then came “the performer of the night” Future, and most on Twitter said they felt “disrespected” by his outfit, if we may call it that. Ciara’s baby daddy simply wore a T-shirt and jeans – all of it perhaps more expensive than our full wardrobe, but come on…
Check out his “look” below:

Lerato Kganyago and Dineo Moeketsi opted for white jumpsuits, and we still haven’t figured out what was happening there.

Kganyago has done better, but last night’s look … it even landed her on to the trends list. We know money was not the issue because, if it were, we would start an online petition for Tbo Touch to give her that R1 million he promised should she provide evidence that her Metro FM show was doing better than when Tbo was still there.
Even Julius Malema seems not to think that’s true:

Presenter Bonang Matheba looked okay; we’ve seen better.

However, her rival Minnie Dlamini was among the best dressed. As usual, Minnie’s leg game was on point, as Cassper Nyovest has pointed out … repeatedly. Yes, Cassper, we know…

Khanyi Mbau apparently looked like candy (not in a good way). The wig was also the talk of the Twitter streets. Judge for yourself… not that she cares anyway.

We still haven’t figured out what was going on with Nomuzi Mabena’s outfit. Your help would be much appreciated.

Also, we’re convinced Gucci sponsored rapper Riky Rick’s outfit.
