Tbo Touch and his companies sued for R1.3m – report

Radio and TV presenter Thabo 'Tbo Touch' Molefe has reportedly been dragged to court for outstanding bills owed to a service provider.

Sunday World reports that a production and marketing company in Joburg alleges he owes them R1.3 million for marketing and production work that commenced last year for companies that include Molefe’s Touch HD internet radio station.

JB Media Connection also wants a costs order for legal fees and wants Molefe held personally liable as the sole director of the companies concerned.

The paper saw the legal papers filed in the High Court in Johannesburg but was unable to get a response from Molefe.
