Q and A with Ayanda Thabethe

We catch up with the model, actress and businesswoman.

Who is Ayanda Thabethe?

I am a young lady lucky enough to know Christ. I am an educated professional who chooses to live my life displaying my talents which right now are; being a model and running my through-the-line marketing agency, Buzzworthy.

What are you up to at the moment?

I model – my work can be found on every media platform, but mainly television, through adverts. I also quit my job as a brand manager at LÓreal to start up my own business, Buzzworthy, which I’m excited about.

Proudest moments in your life thus far?

My two degrees
My mark as a model in South Africa
And the leap of faith that I took to start my own venture and reach for my own goals.

Who are you closest to?

I have a small group of friends who I am close to. I love to keep my circle small… I tell my mother everything.

The biggest lie you ever told?

That my heart couldn’t be broken.

What keeps you motivated?

Knowing that I am called on to this earth for a purpose bigger that I must execute. Leaving a mark that will outlive me is very important to me. I want to know that when I die, I would have emptied out every bit of talent and skill that I have in me.

What can we expect?

Expect a lot more TV and a lot more business. New heights.
