Following nearly two weeks of pre-wedding festivities and celebrations, former Miss South Africa and Miss Universe titleholder Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters and former NFL player Tim Tebow have officially tied the knot.
The pair landed in South Africa a few weeks ago and Demi began her trip by having the bachelorette experience of a lifetime surrounded by her besties at the Sun City resort in North West.
They then made their way to the Western Cape for their breathtaking wedding ceremony at La Paris Estate in Cape Town.
Demi tied the knot in a custom-made David’s Bridal gown which she reportedly paired with diamond and pearl earrings from Marion Rehwinkel Jewellery, as seen in the exclusive photos she and Tim sold to America’s People Magazine for an undisclosed amount.
Cosmopolitan magazine described the dress as “an off-white gown with a slight scoop neckline that saw a long fish-tail train and elegant tiny buttons all the way down her back.”
She kept her entire wedding look local with makeup from Cape Town-based Renee de Wit and hair by Irena Grant.
According to reports, Tim got married in a classic black Antar Levar suit in and his groomsmen wore Indochino. Demi’s bridal party were all in white, while her guests were asked to wear black.
We can’t wait to see how elegant the event, organised by Zavion Kotze Events Company, turned out.
