Pearl Thusi suspended from Metro FM

According to an article in The Sunday World, the pair had a go at Matheba over her relationship with AKA (Kiernan Forbes).

Forbes’ ex, DJ Zinhle (Zinhle Jiyane), stated on her blog last year that Matheba and Forbes had been having an affair while she was still with the rapper.

Apparently listeners complained after Thusi and her co-host appeared to be making regular comments about the pair.

Matheba has a religious following who are constantly coming to her defense when they feel that the Queen B has been slated.

Thusi came out in support of Jiyane last year when the AKA scandal broke, voicing her opinion on Twitter about the affair.

The entertainment personality is probably unconcerned by any unhappiness about her comments about Matheba. Haters are being countered by rapper Emtee, who has written a song hailing Thusi.

She’s probably feeling pretty confident – in the song Emtee, SA’s hot artist-of-the-moment, speaks about needing “an older mammi” and being her Ben 10.
