According to a copy of the will obtained by TMZ, Walker’s father has petitioned to appoint Meadow’s grandmother Cheryl, as her guardian – per her father’s wishes

Meadow currently lives with her mother, Rebecca Soteros.

A court hearing is scheduled for later this month.

Walker, 40, died when the Porsche he was travelling in crashed in Los Angeles, killing him and the driver Roger Rodas, who was his friend and business partner.
Shortly before the accident Walker was at a car show and toy drive set up through his charity ROWW.  A motorsport professional told The Hollywood Reporter that the men had taken the car out to test it because something was wrong with the vehicle, which kept stalling.
