The 22-year-old singer told the panel of judges how South African music influences her sound, according to ureality.co.uk.
“I am from South Africa, I came to England when I was 9 years old. South African music has definitely influenced my taste. It plays a part in the way I sing as well,” she said.
Nkosi went on to reveal she wants to be as big as Beyoncé: “I like to aim high and have big dreams. It’s a matter of go big or go home right?”
The panel of judges is made up of American musician and producer will.i.am, Welsh singer Sir Tom Jones, Australian born singer Kylie Minogue and British musician Ricky Wilson.
