“Thank you for all the lovely messages today,” wrote Montsho before explaining that her cohort actually finished their studies in 2019 and they were set to officially graduate in 2020. Their graduation was deferred due to the limit on public gatherings under the various stages of the national lockdown.

“We finally got a virtual one this year, it all feels so old and new. Anyway, good things are good things and we got to celebrate my MA [master’s]” she continued.

“Here’s to forever learning and respecting our craft. Ke ncwadile bafets! [I’m educated].”

It is unclear when their relationship began due to the fact that they lead a very private romantic life and only occasionally publicly acknowledge each other on social media in this way.

Ndlozi is a member of the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) and currently serves as its member of Parliament.

Although she has held many roles over the span of her long career, Montsho is most popularly known for her role as Lumka Dhlomo in the SABC1 soapie Generations
