The outspoken, twerking popstar is best known for her outrageous stage costumes and tongue-wagging, but for the campaign, Miley is adorned in light, toned down make-up as she poses on a sandy beach in a fitted navy
Marc Jacobs jacket and maroon-coloured shorts. Miley appears lost in thought in the image as her signature blonde pixie cut looks wet and dishevelled by the wind.
The 21-year-old star’s campaign with the stylish fashion brand comes as no surprise as she is close friends with Marc, 50, whom she honoured on stage at the FGI Night of Stars gala last year.
Miley topped several best-dressed lists after appearing at the event in a gorgeous glittering green Marc Jacobs gown when she awarded Marc and business partner Robert Duffy with the Superstar Award.
She enthused: “Robert used to have me come and hang out with them before I even got involved with fashion. They are a really good team. It’s important to have these kind of people around, who are as involved and successful in what they do.”
