Londie London shares her weight loss secret

Singer and reality TV star Londie London shared the recipe for her snatched body. Taking to Instagram, the Nomakanjani hitmaker said she uses fat freeze and lipolysis injections to stay in good shape.

“You don’t always have to go the surgical route to achieve a snatched body & waist,” she wrote, adding that the procedure is not painful.

About fat freeze and lipolysis injections

Fat freezing is a procedure that freezes away fat cells. According to Dr. Tracy on Cosmeticskinclinic.com, this procedure allows patients to achieve a slim, toned, and sculpted physique in several different areas of the body, including the arms, love handles/flanks, stomach/belly fat, legs, chin, and back fat.

Injection lipolysis is used to reduce fat cells around the injection site. It is most recommended for people who are interested in a nonsurgical approach to reducing fat. However, medical experts warn that people with loose skin or poor tone may not be eligible for this procedure.

Another one said: “Londi, you are built like that. Let someone else advertise, not you because girl, it’s false advertising.”

Sorry not sorry

Meanwhile, Twitter has been a buzz since the release of the first part of the Real Housewives of Durban (RHODurban) reunion this morning. Many people have slammed Sane for refusing to properly apologies to Londie.

During the reunion, the show’s host, MaBlerh, asked Sane if she would like to apologies to Londie for being mean to her the other day on the show, but Sane’s apology was fake and cold, according to the viewers.

“Yah, shem, Nkosi yami ke… I’d like to take this opportunity to apologies. Not just apologies, but to apologies again and again to Londie. Ayidle iyishiyele (I am really sorry) if she was offended. But then again, I didn’t lie, but I’m very much sorry,” Sane said.
