Live Amp dumps Pearl Thusi and DJ Warras

According to a report by Sunday Sun, Thusi and Warras have been given the boot because they haven’t been able to impress the show’s viewers.

The show which was previously hosted by Bonang Matheba and Andile Ncube is said to be going through a major revamp which will also see it moving from the 9pm to 7:30pm and will only be 30 minutes long instead of an hour. Luthando Shosha will remain on the show.

When contacted by the newspaper, Thusi said: “My comment is only good enough if it’s a bad thing. Yes, it is true.” SABC spokesperson Kaizer Kganyago didn’t confirm the news, saying only that they would make a statement about changes to the show at a later stage.
