Kris and Bruce Jenner didn’t have a pre-nuptial agreement. The former couple – who confirmed yesterday (08.10.13) they have split after 22 years of marriage could face a battle over their estimated $125 million fortune, and the Kardashian family matriarch is set to be upset at the prospect of parting with the money she has earned managing her children’s careers.
A source told RadarOnline.com: ”This is going to be a very bitter pill for Kris to swallow because when they divorce is finalised, she’ll have to split half the family fortune with Bruce. ”Kris demanded that her daughters Kim and Khloe get pre-nups … but in a touch of irony, she didn’t get one when she married Bruce.”
Among the assets the pair will have to split is a multi-million dollar Californian home and a fleet of luxury cars but Kris – who signed a $40 million deal with E! in 2012 for three seasons of ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ – is not prepared to give them up without a fight.
The source continued: ”Never in her wildest dreams would Kris have ever anticipated she could be losing the family fortune she worked so hard for. She won’t give it up without a fight. ”To say Kris is obsessed with money is an understatement.
”She is obsessed with their family mansion and their luxury vehicles. ”Bruce likely won’t fight Kris to keep the house. He’ll probably ask that she just buy him out … which Kris won’t want to do because it means spending her own money.
”If they end up divorcing, one thing is certain Kris is not going to part with a penny more than she has to!”
