Khanyi Mbau slammed for shading video girls

Khanyi Mbau received some backlash on Twitter recently for seemingly shading a group of “video girls” with whom she was working.

The TV presenter and actress shared a picture of herself from the set of Distruction Boyz’s Omunye music video.

The image showed Khanyi posing against a pillar while a group of women in swimwear looked on.

While there was nothing controversial about the picture, Khanyi’s spicy captioned offended some of her followers.

“Two kinds of women is SA, there is Khanyi Mbau and them #,” she tweeted.

Some thought Khanyi was disrespecting the women in the picture by implying that she is better than them.

The post was liked over 3 000 times, but it seems her followers were divided over her shady behaviour.

“Love her or hate her one thing you just gotta respect her,” one follower tweeted.

Another replied: “But how do u respect her when she doesn't respect others????”

Khanyi made no apologies for her “offensive” tweet, and took to Twitter to post another “two types of women” message.
