Kelly Khumalo booed by crowd
Afro-pop songstress Kelly Khumalo was booed by a crowd of more than 5000 people while performing her least-known song in Newtown an hour before midnight during the Can Do New Year's eve concert.

While she was booed, when then performed her hit song ‘Qinisela’ the crowd changed their tune and reportedly danced the night away.
Speaking to Sunday Sun this week, Kelly’s manager, Thapelo Manganyi, described the incident as an “unfortunate situation”.
When asked how Kelly feels about the booing she endured from her fans, he said: “I don’t know how she feels, but we didn’t dwell on the incident.”
