The rapper allegedly attacked the teen who hauled racial slurs at his fiancé Kim Kardashian outside the chiropractor’s office in California, TMZ reported.
The Beverly Hills teen has agreed to a $250 000 (R2 767 175) civil settlement and said he won’t go forward with a criminal prosecution.
A law enforcement insider told the celebrity news site that the District Attorney has not taken a decision on whether to charge the musician with battery.
TMZ tried to contact the hip hop artist’s lawyer, Shawn Holley, but he could not be reached for a comment.
