Kanye West: ‘I thought about taking up sports’

Kanye West is so in love with Kim Kardashain, he considered becoming a sports star. The 36-year-old rapper joked about Kim’s previous romances, including a long-term relationship with football player Reggie Bush and a marriage to basketball star Kris Humphries, when he revealed he had thought about taking up a sport.

In an interview with Kim’s mother Kris Jenner on her daytime talk show ‘Kris’, which will air later this week, Kanye told her he’s ”so in love [with Kim that I thought about] playing sports”. Kanye also gushed about the couple’s two-month-old daughter, North, in the revealing interview in which he is ”really bringing it”, according to Us Weekly.

Meanwhile, Kanye was spotted looking at diamond-encrusted wedding rings during a recent trip to Cartier in Beverly Hills. A source told gossip website X17.com: ”Kanye was looking really carefully at wedding bands, like he was making a big decision. And by big, I mean, BIG – the stuff he was looking at was the most expensive, biggest diamonds in the whole store.”

The singer left the store empty-handed despite handing over his credit card at the counter and it is believed he ordered a custom-made piece for the ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ star, 32, who was married twice before.

A source previously revealed that the couple are in the final stages of planning their big day, which is tipped to take place in Paris. The insider said: ”He wants something really cool and big and over-the-top. They’ll most likely have a destination wedding. Kanye has never been married before and wants a big wedding. So Kim is getting used to the idea again.”
