Justin Bieber back in court in March
Canadian pop sensation Justin Bieber is set to appear in court for driving under the influence charges on March 3, two days after his 20th birthday.

Bieber was arrested on 23 of January in Miami Beach for allegedly drag racing with R&B singer Khalil Amir Sharieff, Mail Online reported.
The singers’ breath tests showed his blood alcohol content was below the .02 threshold for under-age drivers. A toxicology test conducted by the police identified the presence of marijuana and Xanax in his system.
This past weekend Bieber private plane was flagged by U.S. Customs officials when his landed in New Jersey, TMZ reported.
A law enforcement sources told the celebrity news site that Bieber was flagged because of his pending two criminal cases.
