Howza annoyed by playboy typecasting
Actor and 'Bar One Man Hunt' host Tshepo Mosese says his break from television was a deliberate move to avoid being typecast.

Mosese, better known as Howza, was last seen on South African small screens portraying the role of Adam in ‘Generation’, and he only recently joined the cast of ‘Scandal!’.
Speaking to the Daily Sun about the reason for this lengthy break, he said: “I had planned to take a sabbatical from television, because after the success of Generations I was being offered the same role – that of a playboy.”
But Howza was offered the role of law abiding police officer Lerumo in the e.tv soapie and jumped at the chance to play a different character.
“He’s a good guy, with a good head on his shoulders,” he says of his new part.
“He is just too good. I fell in love with that role when it was pitched to me because I saw it as a challenge. He is a bodyguard for an NFH Secrets employee, Anzani.
“Lerumo is actually a policeman, an honest professional cop. He is proud, but he spends most of his time alone.
“He has no close friendships and still holds on to some of the hurt of his past.”
Howza will make his first appearance as Lerumo at 7.30pm on Thursday, 14 November.
