The rapper’s childhood friends said they will miss a lot about him. “I will miss everything about him. I will miss his dish, he was a good cook,” said Shiamane Ramapulana. Ramapulana said he will miss a friend he confided in, “Wherever he is, he left with our secrets.” He said the last time he saw his friend was on Sunday after confiding in him, “we had a conversation in the morning, I think we were confiding for the last time on Sunday…and then we even kissed.”
Leon Shimane, also a long-time friend said he will miss a brother. “Flabba to me was like a brother. The celeb that he is, he was never that celeb to me, he was always a brother.” Shimane said Flabba was a good person, “I’ve never seen him angry, he could always deal with stuff in a way that he made us admire him. There’s only one bad thing I can say about him, he left us too soon.”
“I’m grateful that I lived in Flabba’s time,” said Ramapulana.
Flabba’s funeral will be at the Alexandra stadium from 09:00 and he will be laid to rest at the West Park cemetery.
