Grande will not be the last. It is something you have to deal with in the industry. Thankfully, it is not something that occurs regularly, Grande is currently on tour promoting her second album My Everything. This is her second concert tour aptly titled the Honeymoon Tour, we wonder if it also alludes to her romance with rapper Big Sean, the two seem to be in the honeymoon stage of their relationship. With public displays of affections being the order of the day, the most recent being their kiss on stage at the Detroit leg of Grande’s Honeymoon Tour. Grande will travel across North America and Europe, playing a total of 40 shows over five months.
During her Toronto show while performing, Grande fell onstage, but like the professional she is, she soldiered on. Here is the video:

Recently, Madonna took a tumble off stage as well during a performance at the Brit Awards. Madge, as she is affectionately known, took a tumble after an enormous Armani cape she was wearing would not open. The idea was that she would untie the cape, let if fall and it would be carried off by her dancers, unfortunately the cape would not untie. and she was nearly strangled, so she opted to fall. She vowed never to wear the cape ever again.
