After the Springboks’ nail-biting Rugby World Cup final victory over the All Blacks on Saturday, Anlia Etzebeth headed to her Instagram account with a celebratory picture of her with her Boks husband, the Ellis Webb Cup…and a visible baby bump!
The post-match photo taken on the field at the Stade the France in Saint-Denis, Paris, shows Anlia – dressed from head to toe in a knitted Springbok green dress – holding the trophy with Etzebeth while the Springbok lock is cradling what seems to be a baby bump.

The popular actress – who is best known for her role as the feisty Sasha Richter in the TV series Getroud met Rugby – captioned her Instagram post with the following telling words and a “baby bump” emoji:
“Blessings upon blessings. Thank you Lord!”
Although Etzebeth celebrated the triple whammy of the Boks’ 12-11 win, the couple’s “pregnancy reveal” and his 32st birthday (on Sunday), All Blacks’ No 8 Ardie Savae beat the Springbok when it came to the World Rugby Men’s 15s Player of the Year award.
Cheslin Kolbe also celebrated his birthday during the weekend of the much-anticipated World Cup final on Saturday when the gutsy Springbok wing turned 31.

The Etzebeths met in October 2021 through mutual friends, with Eben wasting no time in popping the big question in March 2022. The couple officially tied the knot in February this year.

The talented actress, who has also starred in the HBO Ridley Scott TV series Raised by Wolves, is not shy when it comes to showing off her singing voice either.
Ahead of this year’s World Cup, she released the single Saam Suid-Afrika, which she wrote in support of her husband and the Springbok team.
Anlia also sang the National Anthem when Etzebeth won his 100th Test cap for South Africa against Wales at the Cape Town Stadium on 16 July 2022.
