Did Bonang try distract us from AKA and Zinhle getting back together?

Media darling and social media maven Bonang Matheba got tongues wagging after she recently uploaded a short video to her Instagram stories featuring her left hand donning what looks like a blinged-out engagement ring.

Fans immediately quizzed the star about her relationship status hoping to get some answers but Matheba, who often uses Twitter to dispel or dismiss rumours, remained quiet this time around.

Following her very public break up with rapper AKA, Matheba confirmed to her fans on Twitter that she did indeed have a new man.

Not much else is known about her new mystery bae.

Some have questioned the timing of this purchase due to the fact that it coincides with AKA and DJ Zinhle’s recent baecation.
