Cartier, Maybach, roses for Khanyi: Kudzai gets his girl back

Kudzai Mushonga and Khanyi Mbau are in Dubai again after the endless drama of the past month.

Khanyi Mbau and Kudzai Mushonga have proven once again that people should drink water and mind their business when it comes to a couple’s private affairs.

The country was dragged into their mess from late August to September after Khanyi’s “missing” social media posts set off panic. Only to find out the socialite decided to go back home to Johannesburg from a Dubai salon without telling her boyfriend.

Many doubted this relationship would last after the drama, especially when Khanyi made light of Kudzai’s hurt feelings.

Khanyi turned off the comments on her post, possibly aware this was going to cause some type of conversation, positive and negative.

Predictably, the couple were trending on Friday on Twitter after Kudzai shared videos of him buying Khanyi luxury gifts such as Cartier jewellery, a batch of red roses and picked her up in style in a Maybach V Class.

The reality star has taken full advantage of the attention and coverage, especially after the viral video of her dancing on top of a table at Rockets chanting Shiya Indoda eDubai (leave a man in Dubai).

Khanyi is making an actual song of the chant featuring Sir Trill.

Khanyi shared a quote a few weeks ago that read: “Couples don’t break up anymore, one person acts like an asshole till [sic] the other person can’t take it anymore.”

Kudzai apologised multiple times after he claimed Khanyi had gone to a salon in Dubai and never returned home. During his social media rants he made sure to emphasise that he never did anything wrong.
