AKA sick and tired of fans

AKA is apparently finding fame to be more of a burden than anticipated.

He took to Twitter to rant about being asked for a photograph at a hospital while picking up a prescription.

He felt that it was inappropriate to ask for someone’s autograph when they were clearly “sick as a dog”.

People reacted strongly to his numerous tweets, saying that the people who ask for photos are the ones who support him and buy his albums.

AKA then tweeted that: “Asking for a photo does not make you a fan. Trust me on this one. Some people who want photos can’t tell you what the name of my album is.”

“Ain’t nobody know what the name of your album is,” @I_amCalvin replied.

AKA bemoaned being famous, saying that he’s still coming to terms with it.

After a while he did seem to regain a bit of a sense of humour, saying “No lie though…I do keep a couple CD’s in the whip in case I get stopped by the Metros… The sh*t has its pros and cons.”

This is what he tweeted:
