Brie Larson joins ‘Fast and The Furious’ franchise
There are also unconfirmed reports that Game of Thrones's Jason Momoa will play the villain in the 10th instalment of the franchise.

Fast and The Furious actor Vin Diesel has confirmed that Captain Marvel actress Brie Larson will be joining “The Family.”
Vin Diesel actor recently confirmed Larson’s addition to the cast in an Instagram post:
“Yeah yeah yeah… you see this angel over my shoulder cracking me up, you say to yourself: ‘that’s Captain Marvel’. Clearly, there is love and laughter in this image. What you don’t see, however, is the character you will be introduced to in Fast10.
“You have no idea how timeless and amazing she will be in our mythology. Beyond her beauty, her intellect… her Oscar, haha is this profound soul who will add something you might not have expected but yearned for. Welcome to the family Brie. @brielarson,” Diesel wrote.

2023 is expected to be a big year for Larson at the box office. In addition to appearing in Fast and The Furious 10, she also set to star in The Marvels, the Captain Marvel sequel that is due to open in theatres in February.
Larson is not the first superhero to join the cast. Before making her debut in Wonder Woman, former Miss Israel Gal Gadot played the sexy Gisele Yashar, in the fast car franchise, whose character died in the sixth instalment.
There are also unconfirmed reports that Game of Thrones actor Jason Momoa will be playing the villain in the next movie directed by longtime franchise director Justin Lin.
After two decades and nine films, the Fast and The Furious franchise remains as popular as ever, with last year’s Fast 9 grossing $726 million worldwide.
Other famous faces in the franchise include Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Charlize Theron, Idris Elba, Jason Statham and Game of Thrones actress Nathalie Emmanuel.
