SA-born and Showtime Australia artist Belinda Davids has been wowing the world with her Whitney Houston impersonation.
Now she is set to heat up this festive season with the release of Belinda Davids: I Love Christmas.
After her hugely successful UK and Russia tour last month, Davids’ is expected to drop her album on Wednesday, 20 November – the same day of her Cape Town concert.
With this 12-track album, Davids said she wanted to show fans what her earliest Christmas memories were like.
“I adore Christmas songs, but they are often so cheesy, So, when I sat in the studio, I wanted to record those same classics that are timeless and nostalgic, but with a soulful and playful vibe that reflects the diverse musical influences I had in my upbringing.
“I think we managed to deliver that.”
