Babes says she has a new reality show but Mzansi Magic knows nothing about it

Babes Wodumo has left fans confused after claiming she has a new reality show set to air on Mzansi Magic next month.

The Wololo hitmaker spoke to weekly newspaper Sunday Tribune and said the show would run for one season only. The series, which will allegedly commence filming later in October, will showcase her life and career.

Despite this, Tshisa Live reports that Mzansi Magic spokesperson Nondumiso Mabece said the show was not authorized by the channel.

“We do not have a programme that has been commissioned regarding Babes Wodumo. We have seen a number of reality show proposals centered around various personalities including Babes but we do not have a commissioned programme.”

According to Babes’ manager Melanie Mhlongo, it was never confirmed that the the reality show would be broadcast on Mzansi Magic. However, the show will go ahead as planned, she said.
