Settle on a smallholding

On November 19, Van's Auctioneers will sell a 4.5 hectare smallholding in the Meyerton area.

The property has a large variety of improvements. Meyerton is mostly a rural area with a farming community. It is located approximately 15km north of Vereeniging and is a 40 minute drive from the Johannesburg CBD. Meyerton has access to various provincial roads and the town has all the necessary amenities that one would require. The Kliprivier meanders along the town’s outskirts and mainly separates the farmlands and agricultural holdings from the town.

Meyerton forms part of Gauteng’s Vaal Triangle and is serviced by the Midvaal local municipality as well as the Sedibeng district municipality. A few minutes North-East of Meyerton lies the 12 000- hectare Suikerbosrand Nature Reserve.

The smallholding has a four-bedroom residence which is flexible and ideal for an extended and busy family. There are two spacious living areas, a study, laundry, three garages, two carports and other useful nooks and crannies. Outdoors, there is an established garden, swimming pool and lapa. The property also has a full garden flat, dog kennels and other animal pens.
