Sandton site camp ready to go

Following the instruction from an exploration company, WH Auctioneers has been tasked to dispose of a 75-unit camp. The auction will take place on June 24 at WH’s headquarters in Sandton.

The unused site camp includes two room accommodation units with burglar bars, ablution and shower blocks, site offices and gate houses.

“Park homes are proving to be in demand in South Africa as they are not only used for offices but also for houses, clinics and schools,” says Mathew Henderson, director at WH Auctioneers. The high quality park homes will be sold in easy to transport kit format, enabling customers to build them up in less than a day.

If you are looking to reach for the sky, there will be a number of all-terrain and rough terrain cranes including a Tadano TR350 35 ton rough terrain, and an XCMG 50 ton all terrain. There will also be a number of telehandlers, forklifts, scissor lifts and boom lifts.

For those looking to move earth, or lay a road, late model Hamm and Caterpillar rollers will be put up alongside several Bobcat Skid-Steer Loaders and a number of excavators including a Komatsu and Sumitomo brands. There will also be a selection of TLBs including Volvos, JCBs, and BELL’s as well as a Vogele road mill.

According to director Shannon Winterstein: “This is WH’s largest yet selection of tipper and water trucks to date.

“Our auction will include 10 assorted Mercdes-Benz’s, Nissans, TATA, and Powerstars. We also have a late model Hino diesel cart and 4×4 dropside which we hope will draw a tremendous amount of interest.”

Lastly, there will be four popular lowbeds with a number of high power 6×4 horses to choose from.
